To access your license information, please log into your user account and navigate to the Purchases section.
Once there, click the three dots under the Actions menu, then select License Certificate. This section will provide you with important details, including the licensee's name, item ID, purchase code, and license type, which are essential for activating your purchased item.
Use the following mappings:
Product Id = Item Id
Username = Licensee
License Key = Item Purchase Code
License Type = Regular or Extended
