You can add a custom domain name that you want to use with our service, you can associate it to your account very easily. Once added, we will add the domain to your account and set it as the default domain name for your URLs. DNS changes could take up to 36 hours.
Two important conditions need to be met so domains can work. The way you can meet these conditions differ from server to server but in general you need to make sure:
You point your domain to the correct server by either using A records to your IP or a CNAME record to your main domain or a subdomain
You need to contact our support team to make sure the custom domain you added is correctly setup in our environment.
